Shannon and Michael met at SUNY Cortland where they were both Physical Education majors. They were friends from the start and even were lifeguards together in the summer for a handful of years. It wasn't until their senior year in 2013 that they began dating. Shannon and Michael grew up one town away from each other in Rockland County and never crossed paths!
